By purchasing or donating through our Tip4Serv store, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1️⃣ General

• All packages, ranks, and items are for RustyBear servers only and have no cash value outside the game.

• We reserve the right to modify, replace, or remove any perk or feature at any time to maintain game balance or server stability.

• By donating or purchasing, you acknowledge that you are supporting the server and not buying a physical or guaranteed digital product.

2️⃣ Refund Policy

• All payments are final.

• Refunds, chargebacks, or payment disputes are strictly prohibited. Attempting one may result in a permanent ban from all RustyBear services.

• If a technical issue occurs (e.g., package not received), please contact us via Discord or Tip4Serv support so we can manually fix it.

3️⃣ Player Conduct

• Purchases do not grant immunity from server rules or staff action.

• If you are banned or punished for breaking server rules, your perks and access may be revoked without refund.

• Toxicity, cheating, or exploiting is never tolerated — regardless of donor status.

4️⃣ Server Changes

• Server wipes, updates, or maintenance may temporarily remove or reset items and kits. We may re-issue packages at our discretion.

• RustyBear reserves the right to update or discontinue products or services at any time.

5️⃣ Agreement

By completing a payment, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

• You have read and agree to these terms.

• You understand that donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
